Responsibility:
* Involve in the global product development process as the representative of China market. Select the China exclusive product to contribute on China business
* In charge of whole process of product development for China market, design and produce the new product and technology for China market
* Manage the NPI process for new product base on global product road map
* Fully understand the local market special requirement on different features, setting or cosmetic design. Lead the new product design process
* Manage product development department and support marketing activity

Requirement:
* Above 8 years working experience and at least 5 years management experience
* Sound knowledge of product development process, familiar with different metrology of product design and concept testing
* Strong project management skills and team work spirit
* Good communication skills within global team or externally great presentation skills
* Good at transferring consumer insights or needs into real product, result orientated
* Knowledge about consumer electronic products is preferred but not must
* Multi nation company working experience is plus
* Strong MS skills
* Fluent in English and Mandarin, Japanese or Cantonese is plus
