职位描述：
The role:
The job holder is responsible for the teen school performance including sales leads generation, business/channel development & marketing campaign initiation and execution for teen school business.

You will:

About Teen School MKT Strategy/ Plan/ Budget
? Develop teen school marketing strategy & annual marketing plan
? Develop new student sales target by specific marketing channel allocation & mix
? Prepare marketing expense budget & allocate in each specific marketing channel
About Marketing Execution & Channel Development
? Develop ATL plan (including site check & selection on school signage, outdoor and etc)
? Lead SME/ME to carry out fieldworks to generate sales leads for teen schools
? Lead business development including immigration institutions/EXPOs & foreign language test
About Communication & People Management
? Work seamlessly with teen school CD and other center functions as key business partner
? Work as a proactive team member in regional marketing function and other kids marketing colleagues
? Support SME/ME to have efficient communication with CDs and other functions

You have/are:
? 4-5 years’ experience in language training institutions (IELTS/TOFEL/SAT/SSAT) or other immigration institution
? Marketing/BD related role is preferred
? Bachelor degree or above
? Fluent oral English and accurate written English skills
? Strong sense of responsibility & business acumen
? Open minded & strong communication skills
? Flexible and collaborative
? Quick learner
? Good team worker
