Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing of purchasing, Coil steel, E-coating to support the manufatureing. Manage staff, does strategic planning for purchasing group in line with the strategy plan of SNS China.

Preferred Education and Experience:
· 5-8 years experience in procurement and Supply Chain Management, preferably within the automotive industry.
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, MBA preferred.
· Bi-lingual
· Knowledge/experience in metal forming, stamping, welding operations
· Highly developed computer skills
· Skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
· Set up / adjust purchasing strategy plan in line with the goals of SNS China
· Purchasing procedure establishment and management of purchasing operation to meet the requirement of manufacture including: Coil steel, e-coating, packaging, tooling etc.
· Coordinate purchasing activities with internal business teams to insure timely and efficient follow-up on new programs and changes to existing programs including phase out, timely and accurate quoting.
· Coordinate with Sales team / USA purchasing team for material outsourcing and provide competitive quoting.
· Facilitate development of an ongoing strategy purchasing plan that encompasses all planned related actions to meet growth, improve operational efficiency, promote team / staff development, improve quality and reduce cost.
· Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments to support quality standards and timely completion of customer's requirements.
· Meeting or exceeding established Key Performance Measurements
· Implement continuous improvement methods and measures
· Develop/coach direct reports
· Implement and lead root-cause problem solving methods
