Sourcing Responsible - Shoes

? Source new supplier & introduce H&M Group requirements to the new supplier
? Evaluate new and existing suppliers together with other internal stakeholders

In the H&M Production organization we transform design ideas into actual products. We ensure that we produce safe products for our customers and remain in the forefront of sustainability.

As a Sourcing Responsible, your main focus will be sourcing and manage/maintain supplier, to keep a long time and sustainable cooperation relationship.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:

? Source new suppliers and develop existing suppliers based on capacity and capability needs
? Introduce H&M Group requirements to the new supplier
? Evaluate supplier capacity and capability during Initial visit and update Sourcing Process tools
? Get 1st Price quotation from the supplier based on H&M existing samples
? Screen and evaluate capability and capacity of new supplier according to H&M requirements
? Coordinate orientation for new Supplier with concerned teams in Production Office
? Identify opportunities for building relationship
? Update new and existing suppliers information in SPUR & Bistro system
? Secure implementation of sub-contractor policy
? Capacity verification with existing supplier
? Supplier Relationship Management (Evaluate Suppliers performances and monitor their actions plan)

Who will you work with?

In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Guangzhou. You will report to the Capacity Assurance Senior and interact regularly with Supply Chain organization including Business team, Capacity Assurance team, Material team, Quality team, Sustainability team, Business Controller Supply Chain. You will also partner with our external suppliers.

Who are you?

? Graduation from University. Major in Industrial & Textile Engineering is preferred
? At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing , Merchandising or Sourcing
