职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
1.Introduce engineering and maintenance concept based on BASF and legal requirement
2.Develop site engineering and maintenance procedure and workflow
3.Develop equipment life cycle theory to balance investment, maintenance and operation cost
4.Conduct daily maintenance management, increase equipment reliability and keep plant running stably
5.Coordinate internal and external resource to accomplish daily maintenance plan
6.Instruct, monitor, assess contractors provide safe, high-quality service based on site engineering and maintenance procedure
7. To be a catalyst for change management and process improvement throughout the organization
8. Develop and manage communication and recognition programs that build engagement, improve awareness and share the results of the CI process across the organization
9.Guide all resources through the process of analyzing, trouble shooting, and developing solutions to create sustainable process improvements
10.Coordinate efforts to audit the effectiveness of teams and assist them in continually improving their teamwork skills
11.Conduct and support for related trainings to all staff

JOB Scope
Ensure site equipment and facilities are on good condition to meet production requirement , establish maintenance strategy, plan and execute daily project and maintenance activities. Assist pillar owners in planning and executing the design, layout, and improvement of all the processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: Bachelor or above Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related field
2.Experience: at least 10 years of manufacturing experience in the areas of operations relatedt and/or industrial engineering , 5+ years of leadership experience
3. Very good project and time management
4.Good English in both oral and written
