职位描述：
Quality Engineer/质量工程师 （钣金）

Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1） Conduct quality inspection and quality monitoring for on-going orders, report the quality control result and release the report in time
对生产中的订单进行质量检查及质量监督工作，及时汇报质量检验结果，出具质量检验报告
2） Analyze the cause of quality issue, propose suggestion for improvement and monitor the implementation
分析质量问题的原因，提出改善建议，监督工厂实施改善行动
2） Be responsible for the delivery date of each assigned project, resolve the production issue with supplier to meet the quality and delivery target
为每个分配项目的交期负责，和供应商一起解决生产问题，以便达到品质和交期目标
4）Report progress for all assigned project base on the project base Lines.
根据生产进度表及时跟进汇报所有项目的相关信息，进度，产品数量，品质问题等
5）Assist Quality Manager to create QA specifications
协助质量经理编写质量保证规格
6）Involve in supplier approval audits
审核供应商


Qualifications 任职资格:
1. Have plenty of production experience of fabrication, such as punching, bending, wire-cut, laser cut, welding, etc. Much more other process experience much better, such as casting, plastic injection, surface treatment etc.
有丰富的钣金加工经验，如冲压，折弯，线切割，激光切割，焊接等。其它工艺经验越多越好, 如铸造，注塑，和表面处理等
2. Ability to investigate and analyze to resolve the production issue independently.
能够独立调查分析以解决生产问题
3. Good skills of communication and comprehension, has the ability to manage a supplier relationship and coordinate with other internal dept.
良好的沟通和理解能力，能处理好与供应商的关系，并且协调好与公司内部其它部门的合作。
4. Have acceptable level of spoken & written English
具有一定的英语口语与书写能力
5. Have ability to read and understand engineering drawings, check base on Spec and drawings
具备阅读并理解机械工程图纸的能力,并能根据规格书及图纸检验产品
6. Ability to use ProE & SolidWorks, if can use Procast will be a plus.
懂得使用 ProE & SolidWorks，如能使用Procast更佳
7. Knowledge of MS Project or ability to learn with appropriate training.
懂得使用MS Project或经过短期培训能使用
8. Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
