职位描述：
【Job Description】
1. Assist Learning and Development Manager manage training room, training equipment and training record.
2. Maintain hotel bulletin board, canteen TV to update HR information.
3. Assist Learning and Development Manager organize hotel training, such as brand training, lanaguage training, orientation, make-up training, ect.
4. Assist to organize associate activities.
5. Maintain personnel files and keep the archive room in order.
6. Implement the routine check of the Heart of House of hotel, and take responsiblity to keep it clean and tidy.
7. Assist HR Manager in recruitment job, including resume select, interview arrangement, reference check, on-board materials preparation, ect.

【Job Requirement】
1. Outgoing and friendly, customer oriented, passionate about hospitality industry.
2. A quick learner and a good team player and able to work effectively under pressure.
3. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese and proficiency in MS Office are required.
4. Able to work minimum 3 days a week for minimum 6 months.
5. Preferably with good presentation skills and literate in photography, photo and video making software. 举报 分享
