职位描述：
某知名FMCG企业现诚聘Sales Directorof China1名，具体职位信息及要求如下：
Team size:
Approximately 600 staff, including 400 front-line sales persons, in 5 district sales offices in China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shantou, Shanghai, Beijing),

Mainly job:
 Annual Sales values of HK$1,000M in mainland China,
 Accountable for both top-line sales and bottom-line profit;
 Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.
 Developing and fostering key customer accounts and relationships;
 Managing district sales office in China with the assistance of managerial staff from Hong Kong.
 PRC staff management including training and target incentives.

Requirment
Not less than 10 years relevant experience with most recent 5 years in China’s FMCG foods industry
Strong in regional sales management,
Strategic planning and implementation.

Language：Putonghua, English, Cantonese.
Gender/Age：40-55 years old
Academic Background：Tertiary or above
