1. At lease 4-5 years experience on trimming industry, expecially on hardware area.
2. Familiar with the merchandier procedure,familiar with the development and production follow-up.
3. Good at technical on how.
4. Well-orangization,well-detailed and pro-active,well priority planning.
5. Good at sourcing.
6. English reading,writing and oral is must.
7. Good communication skill with factory, can have the technical supporting to factory.
8. Team spirit is must.
