职位描述：
MERCHANDISER MANAGER(跟单主管）

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic self-starter.He/she will display a high degree of creativity,leadership,agility and critical thinking skills that are required for building and growing company’s brand portfolio to drive business growth. He/she will have a strong background of partnership in the retail industry in China.
COMMUNICATION:
1)Reporting directly to the CEO in Kuwait and to China Office Manager;
2)Take record for the order-tracking and developing-tracking.Update the situation of the bulk and developing to Kuwait every week;
2)Maintain smooth communications and excellent relationships with suppliers;
3)Lead and train a dynamic team,fully responsibility for the merchandiser’s daily job;
4)Encourage and build an innovative/creative management culture.
 
BRAND DEVELOPMENT
1)Have a general idea for the fashion tendency every season,make good job in sample collection;
2)Give a comprehensive evaluation for old supplier very season finished.Remain the good supplier and replace the bad;
3)Develop new supplier if necessity .
 
PRODUCTION CONTROL:
1)control the develop delivery date,make sure that the goods finish on time;
2)control the bulk production delivery date,make sure goods delver on time;
3)control the bulk production in good quality,lead and build a strengthening and perfecting QC system and team.
 
REQUIREMENTS :
1)University graduate with minimum 8+ years of experience in women fashion Garments;
2) 4+ years in management role in fast fashion Industry;
3) Experience in worked for big foreign branch office.(specially fast fashion);
4) Have a strong supplier resource;
5) Have a general idea about the basic cost for every garments and production process;
6) Good command of both written & spoken English;
7)Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
8)A self starter with excellent leadership skill, communications skill, commercial sense, problem solving, Knowledge of various production techniques, analytical and presentation skill;
9)Excellent people management skills;
10) Passionate and good understanding about fast fashion Have knowledge of latest international designer fashion to inspire customers.
