（1）负责公司销售合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。 

（2）负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写，并随时答复领导对销售动态情况的质询。 

（3）负责整理、归纳市场行情、价格，以及新产品、替代品、客源等信息资料，配合销售业务员完成产品分析报告，为部门业务员、领导决策提供参考。 

（4）协助业务员做好客户的接待和电话来访工作；在业务员缺席时，及时转告客户信息，妥善处理。

（5）负责客户、顾客的投诉记录，协助有关部门妥善处理。 

（6）协助部门经理做好部门内务工作。

（7）妥善保管电脑资料，不泄露销售秘密。

（8）负责接收公司订单，向仓管员发出订单通知；

（9）负责跟踪所下发的订单的生产进度、完成情况；

（10）协助经理就客户意见与研发部进行沟通； 

（11）协助销售人员处理公司客户要求； 

（12）将合同中的相关资料及时、准确的录入电脑（同时作复核），以便能随时查到某客户的姓名、性别、联系方式、价格等资料；同时还应在财务的协作下将客户的交款情况录入电脑，便于业务部在掌握客户的应交、已交款情况后及时催款。 

（13）在接到业务员提交的样品需求后以，应及时将样品需求提交至各相关部门，负责样品进度的跟催，相对应材料及规格参数的确认。若与需求不符，应及时与当事人沟通，并做好最终出样的出样记录(规格书、 参数、数量、日期等留底)。 

（14）协助业务经理完及交待的其他工作。
