职位描述

Our client is a leading multinational company in the FMCG industry. To support the rapid business growth and organizational growth, they are looking for an HR Specialist for their operation in China.

Purpose of the role
To support the rapid business growth and organizational growth, the division's HR function is adding an HR Specialist. Reporting to the Assistant Staffing Manager, the primary focus of this position is to implement overall workforce planning for meeting the business requirements; also support all HR related activities and make sure all HR related processes implemented smoothly.

Scope of the role
Support in every area within an organization's human resources operation

Main accountabilities and responsibilities

a. Staffing

· Assist in maintaining and developing recruitment channels, head-hunters , labour agencies and website;
· Build up talent pool by using social media;
· Contracts management and KPI setting for agencies;
· Support on daily recruitment to make sure positions are fulfilled on time;
· Implement recruiting procedure through position application management, job advertising, CV screening, liaison with candidates, first interview for junior staff, enrolment, probation management;.
· Job portal management (internal & local job portal);
· Support other recruitment projects;
· Update recruitment status report and turnover-rate reports.

b. HR Operations:

· Support Recruitment & HR Operations Function to build up, update, and implement all kinds of HR policies and procedures;
· Facilitate on new hire orientation;
· Support on all kinds of staffing movement process such as new-hire on-board, exit, transfer, promotion and demotions etc.;
· Support in issuing offer letter, employment contract, promotion letter and employee status change letter and other kinds of letter as required;
· Conduct exit interview for employees (non-management), analyze the reason and provide suggestions.

c. 3rd party management

· 3rd party vendors yearly review & analysis;
· KPI setting for 3rd party vendor to ensure that 3rd party provider is appropriate to respect schedule and legal requirements;
· 3rd party monthly payroll management;
· 3rd party employee daily HR support.

Experience and background requirements

· 3 years' experience in HR area, especially in recruiting;.
· Bachelor degree or above, with major of HR management, business administration or related;
· Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal);
· Proficient in using office software;
· Good analytical and problem solving skills;
· Good interpersonal skills, co-ordination skill and team spirit;
· Outstanding communication skills with both internal and external customers, and staff of different levels;
· Familiar with Chinese labour law.
