Responsibilities:
-Report to the Senior Management, overseeing retail leasing of assigned projects;
-Formulate leasing strategies, plan tenant mix in-line with Company’s direction;
-Negotiate all leasing matters with tenants;
-Conduct market research and analysis;
Requirements:
-Degree holder in related discipline;
-8 years relevant experience of which at least 4 years in managerial level;
-Solid leasing experience gained in shopping malls, preferably in major developers;
-Good connection with renowned retail brands;
-Well versed in property and tenancy ordinance and regulation;
-Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
-Energetic, and proactive;
-Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
