职位描述：
1、负责掌管前台接待处及销售部一切的权责与功能，制定部门管理制度。
2、对外作宣传及全力推销客房、餐饮与宴会以完成集团所下达的营业预算指标。
3、拟定每年客房销售及部门预算方案，与每年市场推广计划及营销策略。
4、执行已审批的销售预算方案并根据市场的变化而制定应变措施，以达到更佳销售效果。
5、协助制定客房优惠政策。
6、协助策划酒店公关宣传活动等推广活动。
7、每年对重点客户作定期营业探访及参与有重要性的旅游展销会，加强国内外的宣传推广，建立及维护酒店形象。
8、 建立一支合作紧密、高素质、销售能力强的营销队伍，发挥每位成员的潜能。
9、制订及维护部门客户资料档案。
10、经常留意市内各竞争对手酒店的经营动向及收集有关市场重要性信息，并向总经理室汇报。
11、协调其辖下各分部与酒店其他部门的关系。
13、按照职责权限负责部门文件的签署和审批。
13、酒店总经办安排的各项任务指令。

任职要求：
1、男女不限，年满18周岁，五官端正，无不良嗜好，身体健康。
2、熟悉酒店前台接待与销售工作，熟悉千里马系统。
3、至少有两年以上相关部门管理工作经理。
