• Job title : Cloud Business Development Director ( Director, Solution sales )


• Response area : 11 province and 1 city.


• Purpose : Develop and manage pipeline to build required Cloud selling capability ( for defined and specialized workloads); Identify, validate and grow opportunities to accelerate consumption.


• Focus:


• Strategy Development: Collaborate with all stakeholders across the company (Segment, ARD, BG, HIPO team, Partners, Finance, CELA, C&C) in developing and translating business and product initiatives into Provincial Cloud Business Strategy, building up the partnerships and resources that can grow the Cloud business in provinces


• Transformation Leading: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize specific opportunities in support of the Cloud Business Strategy, closely working with all Segment team to improve the MAL penetration rate, CAU in provinces, meet the TLI target in a sustainable way


• Deal Execution: Orchestra the major Cloud deals in province, collaborate on Closing plan, smooth the order process, make sure the performance of Cloud business on track and the forecast accuracy could beat the expectations. Maintain ongoing relationship with partners to ensure compliance and commitments are fulfilled.


• Industry Expertise: Be an expert in industry trends including competitive and market dynamics, product and technology trends, and start-ups. Working closely with CAT, HIPO also BG team to landing those leading technologies into province, try to build up more lighthouse wins on Mobile/IoT/Big Data


• Requirements on the candidate:


 Business strategy and market development expertise with deep analytical and business modeling skills


 Passion for product, technology, and creating great customer experiences


 Experience leading cross-disciplinary virtual teams and driving key business development initiatives from creation to implementation in partnership with senior Microsoft executives.


 Ability to lead, influence and deliver results in a complex technical and business environment


 Ability to communicate and influence all levels from senior executives on down and all functions (such as engineering, marketing, sales, services, finance and legal)


 Key interpersonal traits: motivation, creativity, adaptability, unquestionable ethics & integrity, and a readiness to take calculated risks


 Demonstrated track record of building and nurturing high performing teams


 Expertise in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial deals and acquisitions is nice to have but not a requirement


 12+ years of business experience preferred
