Title:Quality Engineer/质量工程师

Location:Guangzhou

Key Tasks

1.Management of maintenance and calibration of laboratory facilities and test equipment to make sure they are always in good condition and valid calibration period.

2.Maintain proper stock levels of laboratory supplies

3.Assure proper quality control plan and execution in GZ factory

4.Participate supplier audit and assessment, supplier claim and quality improvement follow up

5.Maintain appropriate documentation related to quality parameters. Maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) records, as necessary.

6.Perform customer-specific testing and documentation programs when required

7.Develop and maintain ISO 9001 quality management system with global QM, system maintained in GZ factory

8.Failure analysis and assist production with off-quality product troubleshooting

Heading internal quality deviation/blocked stock/customer returned product handling and CAP monitor

9.Interface with Technical Customer Service and Sales Coordinators for disposition and customer feedback on quality

10.Quality awareness development in GZ factory. Quality training plan and trainings to employee

11.Understand and perform tasks in Quality Handbook

12.Help train other staffs in the job function and maintain laboratory environment

13.Local ESD system owner

Key requirement:

1.Min 5 years working experience including 3 years experience in quality system management in manufacturing company;

2.Good English communication skill;

3.Open minded with excellent interpersonal skill.
