1. Be familiar with each product according to the P/O and relevant documents

a) Understand QA standard and check list together with R&D and Purchasing team

b) Understand the production process

c) Foresee if potential issues for products/production

d) Suggest and plan all QC steps including ICQ, Online inspection, FRI etc.

2. Ensure suppliers understand and can comply with QC and QA standards.

3. All product modifications are to be reviewed and validated.

4. Audit new suppliers and release/upload the report on the sever

5. Carry out inspection according to criteria specified in related documents.

6. Solve potential problems and problems together with the related teams.

7. Confirm with sales department about shipment release.;

8. Provide products inspection training to QC team and sample inspection training to Purchasing department;

9. Inspect samples and file the samples report accordingly.

10. File the Income material guarantee letter from the Suppliers according to the QC schedules, certificate from the Third Party, like SGS or TUV, etc. (according to the server management)

11. Be up to date with all national and international safety and environmental standards and regulations.

12. Research, suggest and ensure that all products are compliant with national and international safety and environmental standards.
