Job Description:

1. Bring Your Skills To Live
? Work closely with Strategy and Planning Team in ideation, creative development, and execution of integrated media campaigns
? Develop and enhance pitch presentations.
? Support all internal communication needs and PR efforts for OMD brand building.

2. Leading The Way
? Maintain and strengthen the quality of the overall agency creative output
? Inspire, execute and articulate your ideas
? Lead creative projects with excellent art direction
? Lead, nurture & supervise all agency stakeholders who require visual communication input.

3. Working Together
? Encourage creativity and inspirational team spirit to build and strengthen agency’s creative culture
? Manage vendors’ relationship and project deliverable timelines





Requirement:
? Over 5-6 years experiences of working in digital and advertising agency with a keen interest in media integration campaigns.
? At least two years of working experience in Tier 1 city of China
? Across-the-line minded, fully understand how to evolve an initial concept and able to execute it throughout all media touch points (website, social media, etc.)
? Experience in designing responsive website and smartphone APP. Thorough understanding of social media landscape in China is a bonus.
? Full of excellent ideas and being able to complete the work independently as well as with the team members
? Able to liaise with different parties including vendors for execution of plans and quality control of deliverable.
? High proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator), basic understanding of particular development software (Flash, Dreamweaver) is a plus
? Well-developed communications skills, including the ability to present creative concepts independently, to the team and other stakeholders.
? Good command of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English (preferred) 举报 分享
