职位描述：
I. Purpose
To manage all Foshan plant Finance/accounting functions. To partner with Foshan leadership team as a key leader, in developing overall business strategies Lead in the preparation of annual operating budget and required forecasts.

II. Responsibility
1. Assist in setting and directing the Foshan strategic plan.
2. Prepare the balance sheet and income statement and provide financial data to corporate/AP accounting.
3. Present and interpret financial data for operations management.
4. Develop reports and queries from the financial data for analysis work, tracking, and/or reporting data to other departmental and corporate/AP managers.
5. Maintain and facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the appropriate Financial Systems for directing and assisting other users in accounting, interpreting information, monitoring accuracy, and suggesting and helping in the implementation of  system enhancements.
6. Monitor procedures and controls within manufacturing to ensure accurate inventory valuation and quantities throughout the manufacturing process.
7. Maintain plant fixed asset reporting by assisting in forecast of capital spending as needed, preparation of capital requests, review of project spend, and ensuring timely closure of capital projects.
8. Manage communications with auditors during internal or external audits.
9. Complete any other Corporate or Plant projects needed to support overall Company Objectives.
10. Prepare and review aged inventory reports; work with leadership team and other personnel to maintain/reduce inventory levels.
11. Monitor monthly raw material costs.
12. Analyze operating and financial results to identify trends and activities driving those results and make recommendations on potential changes, both operational and financial, to improve performance.
13. Provide accurate and timely profitability analysis of the products by customer.
14. Support corporate and local IT related activities.

III. Knowledge
1. Requirements
* Thorough understanding of standard cost accounting, financial accounting, and GAAP.
* Management/Supervisory skills.
* Strong interpretive, analytical and math skills.
* Time and project management skills.
* Problem solving and investigative abilities.
* Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
* Strong background/knowledge of MS computer software.
* Ability to identify areas of opportunity and initiate improvement.

2. Working/education experience
* Undergraduate four-year Accounting Degree or business-related degree with equivalent work experience.
* Three to five years MNC finance supervisory experience in addition to ten years finance MNC manufacture working experience. 举报 分享
