Main Purpose of the Job:

The successful incumbent should be responsible for supervising and leading electrical team to do daily troubleshooting and improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

· Daily troubleshooting

· Issue analysis and provide solution

· Train technician

Education/Experience:

· University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry, in plastic processing industry is a plus. Have the ability to deal with electrical issues related with driver, plc controller, motor and so on.

Qualifications/Skills:

· Good English skills (verbal, writing, reading, oral)

· Strong team spirit, good leadership and organization capabilities

· Good at communication
