岗位职责]
1、 跟单部门小组主管，负责管理部门团队的日常工作，完善及执行相关流程制度。
2、 负责完成与相关部门、业务员、等各方面的协调工作；
3、 负责跟踪每个订单生产及出货情况，统计核对相关数据及相关的单据整理归档；
4、 负责并对下属进行专业技能培训及对下属进行考核。
5、熟悉外贸跟单流程、能与工厂间做好沟通，熟悉供应商的跟进及维护工作；

[岗位要求]
1、 大学专科及以上学历，商务英语、国际贸易类相关专业，至少8年以上外贸服装跟单经验，懂生产工艺流程，制定部门工作计划；
2、熟悉工作运作，外贸流程，英语4级以上，英文说、写熟练。能用流利的英语直接与外国客户交流并收发E-MAIL。
3、具备优秀的领导组织管理能力，良好的沟通能力和创新意识和良好的职业道德、踏实稳重、工作细心、责任心强，有团队协作精神；
4、具备较强的市场分析和人际沟通、协调能力，具备分析和解决问题的能力。

5、熟悉生产流程、工艺制单及操作流程、熟悉面辅料特性，熟练把握各类办的质量、尺寸、颜色，并具有判断能力。能承受一定的工作压力，有团队精神。
