职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial control, budget management and timely project cost reporting for CTC construction;
2. The construction cost management responsibilities includes:
 (1) Provide financial oversight to the main works construction;
 (2) Manage contingency through variation order control and enforce trend process;
 (3) Exercise budgetary control and prepare regular project cost report with detailed analysis on the key changes;
3. Pre-operation Opex and Capex control and reporting;
4. Project cash flow forecast and funding;
5. Custodian of CTC finance compendium;
6. Annual pre-opening budget preparation (Capex and Opex);

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in business-related discipline with professional qualification(s) in accounting / management accounting, master or MBA preferred;
2. Minimum of 10 to 15 years accountant post qualification experience, 10 years at management level including experience from multinational commercial environment and Big 4 public practice;
3. Experiences in large property/construction project financial management in PRC and HK, preferably in PRC, Solid property/construction project accounting/cost control and risk management Experiences;
4. Experiences in stakeholders’ engagement and working with corporate office is essential, Practical experiences in working with Mainland Government departments and officials;
5. Proven experiences in working with key project managers, construction professional, quantity surveyors and contract management team;
6. Familiarity with both PRC and HK generally accepted principles and practices in Accounting and Finance, especially on compliance and governance;
7. Practical knowledge in PRC and HK tax laws, In-depth working knowledge of PRC company and VAT tax laws;
8. Good understanding in construction contract management process;
9. Collaboration – proven experience to deliver milestones through collaboration with corporate and local teams;
10. Ability to learn, adapt and improve quickly, determination to succeed, an international horizon and appetite for excellence;
11. A team player with strong leadership/managerial capabilities to ensure resources are used effectively and efficiently through proactive planning and control;
12. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, ability to speak Cantonese a plus. 举报 分享
