Target:
To assist Facility Management Manager to manage and supervise all security issues in HDMC, and maintain close contact with local government.

Main Responsibilities:

- To organize the job hazard assessment/ risk evaluation and develop standard safety operating procedures with the operation department.
- To conduct periodic investigation for work environment related incidents and near miss cases, making report & immediate/long-term action with the operation department.
- To lead & organize the weekly safety audit for workshop, provide the audit report and push the related departments to complete the corrective actions.
- To monitor the implementation of the safety permits such as aloft work, high temperature operation, sewage treatment, etc, monitor these procedures are implemented properly, and make sure the valid of permits.
- To facilitate the activities/training to promote the safety mission/ culture in the company.
- To convey the instruction from the government's safety officers and ensure the fire fighting and safety system in the company complying with their requirements.

- To assist Facility Manager with other facility issues.

Basic Requirements:
- Major in Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in safety area .
- Good read and written English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Knowledge of the local safety and fire fighting codes.
- Knowledge of ISO14001/18001 is preferable.
