An expanding U.S. buying office for toys is looking for experienced and high caliber candidates for the following positions (Guangzhou):


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement plans for efficient and effective order processing
- Proactively review and improve workflow and procedures
- Handle oversea customers independently and professionally
- Ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements:

- Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience
- Must be familiar with US & EU customers, FOB, Direct Import requirements
- Buying office / trading background
- Sound knowledge of toys and product safety requirements
- Excellent written & spoken English, fluent Mandarin & Cantonese
- Immediately available preferred
The responsibilities will include :
(i). All samples are correctly made, for styling details and fit, before sending to Clients or our offices in Europe or USA
(ii). All lab dips are within permitted colour range before sending to our Clients or Offices in Europe or USA
(iii). All accessories are delivered in time to our factories to commence their production on the due date.
(iv). All fabrics are tested to our required standards and the appropriate test certificates are issued.
Knowledge of English language will be a big advantage.
