职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the service engineer to fulfill the service works in the existed process, and following the process regulations
- As the key user and assist to the implementation of Service Management Program (SMP) in China
- Cooperate with other service administration works
- Help to do the data analysis of KPI of service department, and assist to finish the report
- Assist to the organization of service meeting and training, and other activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in process automation, computer technology
- Good logical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Good coordinating ability and good team work spirit
- Excellent service consciousness toward related parties or persons
- Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude
