职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Book flight/train tickets for HQ staff
2. Arrange vehicles/transportations, hotels, meeting rooms, lunches
3. Issue invitation letters for other CSA plants
4. Distributing mails, stationery, order namecards
5. Transfer/record the phone calls to relieve reception/switchboard cover
6. Process documents signatures, following up and distributing them in time
7. Apply for visas for HQ
8. Process the vehicle rent, driver overtime salary, house rents, school fees, visa application fee, hotel costs and airfare
9. Support CSA staff from other locations whilst visiting Asia Pacific: booking hotels, renting cards and ordering meals
10. Prepare PPT, Excel files and do the translation when necessary
11. Ensure smooth running of general administration provision at HQ office
12. Other related tasks assigned by Manager
 
REQUIRED：
 
1. Graduates major in Chinese is preferred
2. Basic English communications
3. Pleasant telephone and reception manner, presentable appearance
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 举报 分享
