【岗位职责】

-电话邀约顾客续保

  -确保有效和客户申请程序方便

  -与相关部门协调保险相关问题和关键客户的查询

  -根据外部保险提供商法规和政府的法律，确保完整的保险过程

  -向上级提出保险的建议和解决方案

-Job Responsibilities

-Ensure efficient and convenient customer application process

-Coordinate with relevant departments on insurance related issues and critical customer inquiries

-Ensure efficient and convenient customer application process

-Ensure that the complete insurance process is according to external insurance provider regulations and government laws

-Support Aftersales department to negotiate labor rate and parts pricing discounts with insurance company

- Propose insurance companies and suggest suitable solutions to General Manager

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily report
