- Develop, implement and manage all local HR strategies, programs and
policies to ensure the alignment with corporate/regional guidelines, financial
objectives, operation philosophy and applicable laws.

Recruitment and selection
- Develop and implement staffing plan that ensures a proactive flow to meet
the fast growing manpower needs in an efficient and cost effective manner
- Lead recruitment process for non-managerial position : assist management
in identifying recruitment needs, in developing a job description and defining
the required profile, provide appropriate recruitment channels, organize
recruitment interviews
- Assist and advice GC HR in recruitment process of managerial positions.
Development & Retention
- Work closely with management team to identify and develop key talents,
implement learning and development plans with the assistance of HRGC to
attract, motivate and retain the talents within the budget constrains
- Assist Department Manager to provides the urgent / basic training needs to
the new employees, especially the new operators hired in view of safety
awareness and job skills
- Implement ROCE KPI matrix, focused on reduce turnover rate, promote
individual development (IDA) and effective communication (direct
interaction), as per RBM slogan “Engagement, our choice” to make
everybody conscious to work on continuously improving people satisfaction
and therefore have people enjoying their work and retaining our talent
Remuneration & benefits
- Work closely with the management and HRGC to ensure that compensation
programs are competitive and aligning with Corp/regional C&B policies;
- Advice on and develop appropriate salary and benefits policies for nonmanagers
in alignment with GC HR
- Ensure correct and timely payment of salaries to staff
- Ensure mandatory tax and social security withholdings on salaries and
transfer these amounts to appropriate institutions
Administration
- Maintain and update personnel records, documents and the employee
handbook
- Ensure all necessary reporting related to staff as well for internal use:
- Hermes (social KPI’s, social objectives, managerial moves, SAP etc.)
- Provide necessary statistical information to external bodies and internal
organizationn
- Establish employment contracts in alignment with GC HR and all official
letters related to the staff
