西点师傅要求：

5年以上五星级酒店西点制作经验优先考虑
有团队管理经验
了解熟悉糕点，甜品，面包等西点制作

西点师傅职责：

监督西点烘焙部的运作
订购和采购所需物料
为会所制作西点
为会所的蛋糕陈列柜，餐厅和自助餐研发新的甜品菜式
训练和监督团队
监督存货清单和控制成本
帮助解决问题
为会员的需要创造新品种

As the pastry chef you would be working closely with the head chef to run the daily operations in the bakery. You will need to have an in depth knowledge of all aspects of creating and cooking desserts, breads and cakes. We need somebody with a 5 star hotel background who would be able to lead the bakery team and work closely with me to improve our desserts at the club. They need to have a good knowledge of pastry items, desserts and breads

Duties and responsibilities
- overseeing the smooth running of the bakery team
- Ordering and sourcing supplies that are needed
- Producing all baked goods for the club
- Developing new dessert items for the cake counter, restaurant and buffets
- Training and supervising of your team
- Inventory and cost control
- Assist with problem solving
- Create items to suit our members demands
- Writing the monthly schedule for your team
