Responsibilities:
1. Handle staff/ client salary and the welfare including IIT declaration
2. Update HR information and manage staff personal file
3. Process HR procedure, i.e. staff on board, transfer and lay off
4. Supervise and assign the work for receptionist, driver and cleaner
5. Manage general admin & reception, covering courier service, office supplies, cleaning, equipment maintenance
6. Coordinate with IT and internal accountant to manage the fix assets
7. Manage the vendor including hotel, travel agency, office supply
8. Manage the client document in line with the company policy
9. Organize the company activity
10. Manage client U-keys and chops application
11. Assist in recruitment
12. Organize and execute the training program in accordance with request of Group and China
13. Assist and coordinate with HR manager China to accomplish variety of HR projects according to Group HR policy
14. Other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, major in Human resource management or English;
- Good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong ability in English is vital (CET 6);
- Experience in social insurance and house funding is preferred;
- Outgoing personality, good people skills;
- Be good at MS office, such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
