1. RESPONSIBILITY :
?This Role will own the product P&L and responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and tactical product marketing plans.
? Align Region focus to segment and corporate strategy and drive profitable revenue growth through new product introductions.
? Lead the voice of customers, monitor and forecast industry trend and competition status, in order to compose a sharp product strategy & roadmap and product go-to-market plans are.
? Define product specification, feature & performance and customer value & benefit.
? Lead and facilitate product council activities aimed to arrive at product development decisions.
? Define and manage the integration of all regional certification requirements for all required standards.
? Develop clear and concise actions to guide and assist marketing and sales organization to successfully release new products with quick time-to-revenue.
? Lead cross-functional teams to meet key product launch and management objectives within the product segmentation.
? Strategically launches and manages product line for Time-to-Volume and Time-to-Profit.
? Aligns Regional strategy to support each product launch that includes: (collaterals, target markets, positioning, competitive comparisons, presentations, training, pricing and promotions)
?Analyzes product metrics in the Region and develops corresponding pricing, promotion and development strategies.
2. REQUIREMENTS :
?BS above degree, mechanical engineering or marketing knowhow a big plus.
?5 years above working experience with construction related industry
?Minimum 3+ years Product Management experience
?Sound understanding product development and product management
?Strong negotiation skills with good analytical mind and business planning abilities
?Strong ownership and project leadership
?Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
?Must have strong written and verbal skills with the ability to lead presentations
?Strong communication skills to influence, explain and lead external customers and internal staff
?Capable of establishing credibility with sales force and customers
?Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions
?Ability to work independently or with limited guidance
?Fluent verbally and written English & Chinese
