Main responsibilities:
Our Account Manager is human-oriented, easy to talk to and communicate, capable to have overall operational and management responsibility in completing projects, working hand in hand with the consultants. He/she is also open-minded, ready to work in a multicultural environment, ambitious for business opportunities and build trustworthy relationship.
The main missions include - but not restricted to:
1. Focus on new opportunities for mainly PRD market and create leads data base and anime at it.
2. Participate to different networking events and reinforce Teamacting brand awareness in those events.
3. Analyze project opportunities, timely report on progress and situations, precisely identify the key stages and key persons, and provide feasible proposals for management decision.
4. Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs, evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies after understanding Teamacting’s methodologies, products and services.
5. Lead the development of deliverables such as customer presentation, pre-proposals and proposals.
6. Understand and challenge client business vision, organization, decision process, HR concerns and strategies in order to develop and negotiate appropriate proposal with consulting team to win the deal.
7. Determine time frame, budget, and procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project and modify schedules or plans proactively.
8. Ensure the follow-up of the project and create a strong relationship with customers/decision makers in order to develop their loyalty with Teamacting.
9. Master Teamacting sales methodology as well as internal processes.
Requirements:
BASICS:
1 .Bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resources or Psychology is preferred.
2. At least 5 years working experience, and experience in solution selling and business development is preferred.
3. Fluent in English, speaking and writing (Able to work in English environment).
4. Familiar with Office Software (Work, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
