职位描述：
XT Chinasavvy Metal Manufacturing Company, a subsidiary of Chinasavvy, is specialized in assembly, inspection and storage of metal and plastic products. We are recruiting a workshop manager to manage the factory's operation and lead a team with about 10 members.
本公司属下金属产品制造有限公司厂房面积约1800平方米，主要从事五金、塑料产品的组装，检验和仓储。 现正招聘生产经理，负责管理10人左右的团队，欢迎有志之士加入！

Workshop Manager 生产经理/车间经理

Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1) Manage the whole Xintang factory activities to ensure the efficient operation.
管理新塘工厂事务，保证整个工厂的有效运作。
2) Setup the production & assembly line, direct and supervise the production & assembly line operation with high efficiency.
布置生产装配线，指导和监管生产装配线的持续高效运作。
3) Setup and execute the quality inspection plan during production & assembly.
制定和执行生产和装配过程中的品质管控计划。
4) Proactively develop and improve assembly processes and production lines for various projects.
积极开发和改善装配流程和各种生产线。
5) Regularly report working status to Engineering Director and Managing Director.
定期向工程部总监和执行董事汇报工作情况。
6) Control stock and material via ERP system.
运用公司ERP系统做好库存物料控制。
7) Undertake other tasks assigned by line Manager.
完成上级安排的其它工作。


Qualifications 任职资格：
1. Have acceptable level of spoken & written English.
具有一定的英文口语和书写能力
2. Have ability to manage a factory, experience in electronic or metal factories is a must.
具备管理工厂的能力，必须有电子厂或者五金厂的管理经验
3. Have ability to manage inspection & assembly staffs
具备管理验货和组装线员工的能力
4. Have knowledge of design & creation production & assembly line.
具备设计和建立装配线的知识
5. Have ability to make SOP and train the operators to follow it.
懂得编制SOP和培训员工按照SOP操作
6. Be able to read & understand engineering drawings, can use ProE & SolidWorks
能阅读和理解工程图纸，能使用ProE & SolidWorks软件
7. Be familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
能熟练操作办公软件，如MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook等
8. Good skill in problem solving, communication and coordination with team members
良好的沟通协调和解决问题的能力
