职位描述：
1. 负责工装模具的快速切换和工装器具的管理。
Be responsible for the mold and fixture changeover and management.
2. 负责设备的故障维修，预防维护，并提供技术指导以及时排除故障。
Be responsible for the mechanical machine maintenance and make the preventive plan and provide technical support for the machine issue.
3. 负责全厂设备的安全运行，保证生产的正常运行。
Ensure the machine is kept in good situation, the production running smoothly and efficiently.
4. 负责编制设备的维护保养计划。
Establish and implement the mechanical equipment maintenance plan.
5. 负责编制设备操作指导书，并定期对设备操作的执行状况进行审核。
Complete the mechanical machine working instruction and audit the mechanical machine function periodically.
6. 负责设备技术工作，并定期对设备故障进行统计分析。
Provide knowledge of machine analysis, statistical process control & process capability study.
7. 负责设备机械，液压方面有关人员的培训。
Be responsible for training all the technicians to hydraulic and mechanical work.
8. 积极参与过程的持续改善。
Participate in continuance improvement plan.
9. 积极参与新项目的设备的选型，安装，调试验收。
Join in new project machine designing, installing and debugging.
10. 直接上级安排的其他工作。
Other works from related superior.

任职资格
1. 大学本科及以上学历，液压，机械或机电相关专业。
Bachelor degree，engineering subject, Hydraulic, Mechanical or Automation major is preferred.
2. 5年以上设备维修，维护经验。液压系统维修经验优先。
5+ years equipment maintenance working experience. Hydraulic repair experience is preferred.
3. 具备快速换模和工装器具的管理经验。
Mold Changeover management experience.
4. 积极的心态和不断寻求改善的思想。
    Active attitude and improvement idea continuously.
5. 良好的动手能力。
Good practical ability.
6. 良好的沟通能力。
Responsibility, carefulness, hardworking and good communication skill are preferred.
7. 熟悉AUTOCAD等制图软件。
Strong AutoCAD skill.
8. 熟练使用Office办公软件。
Familiar with the use of Office software.
9. 能够运用SPC等质量工具对设备当机和产品废弃进行分析。
Strong problem solving skill and technical capability with quanlity tooling(SPC, Ex. CPK, X-R chart, etc).
10. 良好的英文阅读能力；能够进行口语交流。
