职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Implement information technology standards and policies
2. Provide IT support and training to end users including remote offices / plants
3. Participates and supports complex and multinational IT Infrastructure projects including Server, Network, Security, End user computer, Telecom etc
4. Ensure solutions are alignment with the operations architecture blueprint and adheres to standards and policies
5. Perform hands-on system administration tasks
6. Troubleshooting simple Windows Server, Cisco network, Firewall, Anti-virus, CCTV, MS Office, Windows Clients support issues and provides post-trouble continuous improvement feedback
7. Create and maintain standard operation procedures and other necessary documentation
8. Participate as a member of project teams on system projects
9. Participate in on-call support rotations and provides support as part of global team

Skills and Capabilities Required:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science related
2. 0-4 years professional experience in IT infrastruture
3. Microsoft Windows Server management including Active Directory, File, Print, DNS, DHCP, WSUS etc
4. Basic Cisco Networking, VPN, Firewall, Wireless skills
5. Knowledge on ant-virus, anti-spam tools
6. Good smartphone, mobile device knowledge
7. Fluent English written and oral
8. Good communication skills
9. Be able to work independently, good flexibility
10. Strong system documentation skills
11. Client and user orientated mentality
