职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责员工资料档案的管理；

2、负责员工劳动合同的管理；

3、负责日常考勤核查，考勤资料的管理、汇总，核算全公司的工资；

4、办理员工入职、转正、调薪、晋升、调岗、离职手续；

5、发放、整理、保管、维护人事部的各种文件、表单；

6、制作、打印有关文件标识；

7、制作每月的工作报表，在规定的时间上交；

8、负责各类活动的策划、组织、执行，如：年度旅游、年会、团队活动、员工生日庆生会等；
9、对公文写作有较高的功底；

10、按时完成上级交办的其它工作任务。

岗位要求：

1、人力资源专业，大专以上学历；

2、2年或以上人事行政工作经验；

3、良好的执行力与团队协作能力；
