职位描述：
工作内容:
1、根据项目经理的进度安排按时、按质、按量完成公司下达的各项业务指标，对市场进行有效营销；
2、负责根据产品定位及销售目标进行促销点的开发、合作渠道的拓展；
3、对市场变化有敏锐的观察力和数据分析能力，能够根据不同的客户类型做出相应的政策调整；
4、根据项目进度，需出差到公司分部上海/广东/湖南等地进行市场开发或团队培训；
5、具有团队精神和一定的团队管理能力；

任职资格:
1、教育背景:
◆市场营销、工商管理或相关专业大专以上学历优先。
◆可接受应届毕业生（以及部分优秀实习生）
2、培训经历:
◆了解一定咖啡知识，熟悉咖啡原物料及一定的冲泡技术者优先；
◆无餐饮/咖啡工作经验者（将由驿集团旗下广东省咖啡人才中心提供该岗位必要的技术测评支持，技术欠缺者可进行技术进修）；
3、经 验:
◆有一定的销售经验，敢于挑战市场；有一定餐饮/贸易经销工作经验者优先；
4、技能技巧:
◆熟悉市场营销工作；
◆有地区销售网络和销售关系。
5、态 度:
◆热爱餐饮行业、热爱销售；
◆有良好的团队合作精神，有敬业精神；
◆具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力；

薪资福利及晋升：
1、底薪+提成+商业保险+奖金+出差补贴+节假日聚餐、旅游等；
2、每三个月进行晋升评估，优秀者往项目经理/项目区域负责人；
