职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Develop and maintain detailed new plant setup projects. Monitor and control the actual project progress and execution, mitigate the project risks and make the detailed improvement tracking in order to secure on-time delivery.
- Plan, implement and monitor trans-department project for achieving the common targets and goals
- Identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure the meeting of commitments. Track urgent issues.
- Establish and track an integrated project schedule and metrics that accurately measure progress. Plan and manage all phase project deliverables to support project gateway reviews and approvals.
- Coordinate all new plant build-up activities and resources from various departments. Organize weekly project review meetings with cross-functional management team to discuss about project progress, open issues and action plans.Generate management reports based on the updates about the scope of work, cost, schedule, quality and safety

- Establich and run clain management system for project including change traking
KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Educational: Bachelor Degree or above, solid theoretical knowledge (civil engineer) and practical problem solving skills;
Experience:
- Experience as a Project Engineer and Project Manager as a prime contract holder and team leader often including subconsultants for architecture, structural engineering, and civil engineering.
- Good background on the new plant construction and project management, at least 5 years experience on the new plant build-up.
- Good communication skill, both in oral and written English
- Expert with MS Project and have mastered project management concepts
- Team player, able to work and service in a cross-functional-team environment
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong leadership, planning and analytical skills
- Superior judgment, problem solving and able to execute
