职位描述：
? BA or equivalent regional university degree criteria required with MBA preferred; other graduate degree potentially acceptable
? Successful, multi-year track record in a procurement organization, with experience working with US multinational companies a must
? Hands-on 5+ years of experience on EMS industry with contract manufacturing, BOM cost management and sourcing.
? Experience in electronics component sourcing engineering, be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
? Experience in project management is advantageous, such as setting deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project, as well as coordinating and break downing details of the scope of the projects including time restraints and cost savings.
? Experience in HVAC&R industry is welcome
? Experience in Microsoft project management or other project management data management tool
? Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
? Able to work in a dual reporting matrix environment and aggressively take the lead on implementation of savings opportunities that affect numerous lines of business
? Must be fluent in Mandarin and English with good English skills. Other languages such as Spanish, Thai and Korean is a plus 举报 分享
