职位描述：
1.Check the vendors' documents including delivery note/good receive note/ invoice etc.
审核供应商的资料，包括送货单证、收货记录、发票合规性等.
2.Communicate with vendor for the payment and prepare the related documents.
与供应商沟通、对帐并准备付款资料, 做好付款计划.
3.Follow up the prepayment, ensure it is safety.
跟进预付款的后续收货或退回情况.
4.Other assignment if any, can accept job relocation.
