职位描述：
主要职责KEY RESULT AREAS
1. 按公司方向设定销售战略，完成销售目标
Execute sales strategies and achieve the sales target
2. 拜访现有客户，处理客户需求，建立良好的业务关系
Visit customers and handle their requests, build good relationship with them.
3. 收集市场信息,积极开发新客户
Collect information from the Area customers, develop new accounts
4. 运用CRM系统管理客户信息，提取数据做销售报表
Use the CRM system to manager the information of customers and to make the reports
5. 与后勤部门配合提高销售和追踪
Work hand in hand with the logistics department in order to improve sales and follow ups.
6. 依照营销经理要求参与会议和培训。
Attends meetings and trainings as required by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
7. 上级安排的相关工作。
Performs other ad-hoc assignments as dictated by the needs of the company and/or as directed by his/her superiors.
8. 销售活动确保诚信，不违背职业道德，并合乎当地法律规定。
Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and always within the parameters of the local laws and regulations.

素质能力要求 COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT ：
1.拥有销售经验，有红酒或食品厂工作经验者优先。
Possesses previous and proven sales experience. Having worked in the Wine or Food and Beverage industry would be a plus.
2.有中高端餐饮合作资源及记录，便于公司分析市场。
Possesses a track record of RCB accounts that may be relevant to the company’s key feeder markets/market segments.
3.拥有基本地分析技巧和清晰阐述业务的能力。
Possesses basic analytical skills and the ability to articulate the business.
4.能够熟练运用办公软件。
Possesses a basic level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
5.专业的着装。
Possesses professional grooming
6.明确目标并以积极的行动来实现它。保证任务按时按要求完成。
Has a clear view of what is required and takes action and responsibility to deliver it. Meets deadlines and commitments and ensures that tasks and projects are completed as required.
7.良好的人际交流能力，要求能与国际客户互相交流。
