1. Lead and manage manufacturing operations to support company’s strategic objectives, align with company and regional strategies ·
2. Develop strategies, departmental KPI, plans and initiatives, drive performance to achieve established targets and desired results ·
3. Manage daily operations of manufacturing to ensure safety, efficiency and effectiveness of plant operations·
4. Responsible to develop operation teams’ capabilities, ensuring sufficient pool of capable, competent and committed production planning & process, quality and engineering resources;
5. Facilitate deployment of manufacturing technologies, tools and best practices·
6. Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, production yield and throughput, quality performance, management and systems, Cost Take Out projects·
7. Support sales & marketing teams in business development
8. Responsible for the planning, production, maintenance, warehousing, inventory management and quality departments of the plant.

岗位职责

1. Degree in Engineering / Science /Manufacturing or related Technical disciplines.
2. Minimum 10 years working experience with proven track record in manufacturing (production or engineering);
3. at least 5 years in management position in precast concrete modelling·
4.Must possess knowledge of MPS (Master Production Scheduling), Material Control, Production Planning and Control, and Shop Floor Control.
5.Certification and practical knowledge in, QMS, ISO 9001, FMEA, Process Capability Study,
6.Lean Six Sigma, Plant EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), Total Production System or other methodologies preferred;
7.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach teams from all levels, qualifications and backgrounds.
8.Strategic yet detail-oriented, hands-on in implementation with strong analytical, cross-functional & communication skills·
? Mature, self-motivated, independent, confident, tactful, persistence, innovative, patient and bold to drive changes and improvements in the organization·
