职位描述：

Responsibilities:
* Handle all incoming call inquiries, complaints and ad hoc request from customers
* Follow up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customers.
* Feedback customer's comments to Supervisor for service improvement.
* In the absence of the Supervisor, handles briefing, gathering updates and discussion to the officers.
* Conducting "call simulations" during briefing with Supervisor, checks call handling skills of the team.
* Assist in training new hire agents.

Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma qualification.
* Speak fluent English. Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in contact centre environment.
* Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills.
* Must have good working attitude and a good team player.
* Flexible and diplomatic in handling customer complaints issues.
* Must be willing to work on shifts and working on Public Holiday.
