Our client is a privately-held marketing and distribution organisation established in Greater China. It partners with leading brand companies to bring a wide array of quality products to Greater China while driving success for its people and business partners, protecting the environment and serving the communities in which it operates.
Purpose of the Job:
1) Sales of cinematic and broadcasting equipment, technical services and digital solutions in the "Territory" according to the Jebsen Industrial's CCV sales methodology and CRM system.
2) Development of new customers (Resellers, rental / production houses and end-users) and business opportunities in the "Territory".
3) Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional activities with the purpose of generating new sales leads and opportunities in Greater China.
4) Monthly and adhoc reporting of market, competitor pricing and customer insights and local production reference cases using the products sold by company.
Key Result Areas (Listed in order of importance):
1) To achieve the agreed individual and team OIT/sales and GP for the Territory;
2) 70-80% customer satisfaction and retention;
3) Development of a balanced portfolio of customers - Key Resellers, Rental Houses, Production Houses and End-Users;
4) Proactive execution of stock clearance plans according to schedule and pricing strategy;
5) Regular and accurate sales reporting and forecasting - pipeline management and sales visits in CRM.
Main Tasks (Listed in order of importance):
'1) Sales of cinematic and broadcasting equipment, technical services and digital solutions in the "Territory" according to the Jebsen Industrial's CCV sales methodology and CRM system.
2) Regular customer visits, preparing quotations and contract negotiations according to defined pricing strategy
3) Account management of existing key resellers and rental / production houses.
4) Development of new customers (Resellers, rental / production houses and end-users) and business opportunities in the "Territory".
5) Proactively execute division project initiatives - such as: stock clearance plans, new product sales strategy
6) Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional activities (eg: tradeshows, seminars etc) with the purpose of generating new sales leads and opportunities in Greater China.
7) Information gathering regarding maket development, competitor activity, state policy, etc. Information sharing within K040 team.
8) Regular and accurate sales reporting and forecasting - pipeline management and sales visits in CRM.
Knowledge And Skills:
1) Sales (70%) and account (30%) management;
2) Knowledge of camera, lens and lighting for the cinematic and broadcasting sector;
3) Sales forecasting, planning and reporting using a CRM system;.
Basic Requirements:
1.University or above.
2.At least 2-years working experience at rental company or production company , reponsible for equipment maintenance or camera assistant.
Or over 2-years sales experience in cine equipments or professional photo equipments (camera, lens or lighting) assistant.
3.Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English, other Asian language will be added advantage
4.Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
