职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Check Asia export cargo manifest rate to verify if services to the customers are being sold according to the terms agreed with the customer.


1.Run Asia Export Manifest Summary Report in system.

2.Verify Asia export cargo manifest rate (shipments moving from Asia to all over the world) according to Service Contract, Rate Approval, MMG/WRG and Rate Agreement.

3.Send verify E-mail (or make phone call) to Asia Head office, Asia agencies and overseas agencies if found rate discrepancy.

4.Verify Freight Manifest Corrector and Local Corrector issued for rate discrepancy.

5.Follow up rate discrepancy case till it has been closed with correct Manifest Corrector or Local Corrector.

6.Make Checking Report per voyage according to checking result.

7.Cross check some rate discrepancy cases found by partner.

8.Rectify and standardize Asia agencies how to make use of system and rates are being sold to customer.

9.Read and reply E-mail from Asia Head Office, Asia agencies, and overseas agencies every day etc.



Qualification:

1. College graduates or above. Above one year shipping company working experience with CSR or Rating is preferable.


2. The ability of English reading & writing are required CET 4 and/or above, excellent understanding/writing English ability.


3. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.


4. Have strong teamwork spirit.


5. Stable, careful, responsible, efficient.


6. Can stand working pressure, willing to work overtime, accept on duty at weekends and holidays.
