Main Purpose of the Job工作内容概要:

The successful incumbent should be responsible for performing all electrical related work, fix and maintenance electrical equipment in the plant.

负责工厂内所有电气设备的维修和保养，确保电气设备顺畅运行。

Main Responsibilities主要工作职责:

· Conduct preventive maintenance according to plan按计划对电气设备进行维护保养

· Management on transformer room负责变压器房的管理

· Repair machine and equipment对机器设备进行维修

· Report facilities situation every week对所有负责的设备设施进行记录，作周报

· Spare part room management对备件进行合理的管理

o Keeping record of take in/take out spare parts作好备件领用记录

o Monthly inventory counting 作每月的备件盘点

o Make sure safety inventory for all spare parts 确保备件的安全库存

· Help with designing tool and equipment to improve machine efficiency 协助做机器设备和工具的设计和改善以提高机器的效率

• Other jobs assigned by Engineering Manager直接上司安排的其他工作

· Follow company rules and regulations on遵守公司以下规定（包括但不限于）

o Human resources人事管理政策

o Quality 质量管理政策

o 5S 5S管理政策

o Safety 安全管理政策

o Others regulated or modified from time to time 公司出台的其他政策

Education/Experience教育背景及工作经验要求:

® High School Diploma or equivalent 高中或以上学历

· Minimum of 5 years similiar working experience in manufacturing plant,

experience in plastic industry is preferable. 5年以上工厂电气工作经验，有塑料行 业相关工作经验为佳

Qualifications/Skills其他技能要求:

® Strong trouble shooting capabilities 良好的机器故障排除能力

® Able to read technical documents in English 可阅读英文技术文件

® Able to work under limited supervision 可独立组织自主工作

® Able to work under tight schedule/overtime 可适应加班以及临时通知的紧急工作

® Strong sense of safety 具有良好的安全意识

· Must possesss relative required certificates 具有相关的资格证明
