We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Senior Administration Executive.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Supervise Office facilities control
2. Assit to arrange logistics for secondee and HK support staff. Follow up adm. work of GLTc
3. Supervise the keeping of structural inventory record and fixed assets control
4. Assist to supervise and participate in general administrative issue
5. Briefing delivery regarding ADM info
6. Maintain HSBC Internal Control Standards including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators'

HSBC Global Technology (GLT) is part of the HSBC Group - one of the world's largest financial service organizations. Headquartered in London, the HSBC group network is spread across 10,000 offices in 85 countries with a customer base of 125 million.
With such massive proportions of number crunching, the software development needs of HSBC are phenomenal and customized to meet the HSBC group requirements worldwide. GLT is a fully owned subsidiary of the HSBC Group.
The jobholder is required to proactively seek ways to maximize the effectiveness of manpower resources. He/She works closely with other team members and maintains good relationship with other departments to understand the operation need and requirements. He/She also has to ensure smooth running of the daily operations and that the Group policy as well as local regulations are complied with.
In addition to direction from Facility & General Administration Manager, the job holder will be guided by HSBC’s functional instruction and group standard manuals. External opinions can be sought from regulatory authorities as well the vendors and other qualified specialists.
Education and Relevant Experience
University (non-degree)
Two to five years

1. Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both oral and written
2. IT literate and proficient in MS Office
3. An independent worker with good planning/organizing, interpersonal skills and conscious to details
