- College degree in mechanical engineering;
- Over 3 years product development and design experience, Solid background in mechanical design.

- Be familiar with stainless steel, sheet metal, hardware, die-casting, aluminum extrusion, plastic products, etc.

- Experience with quality control, have product inspection experience. Knowledge with AQL inspection standard.

- Be proficient in using Inventor, PRO/E, AutoCAD, and normal office tools, Inventor software is a must.

- Be proficient in English, good and proactive communication skills with customers and suppliers are required.

- Experience working with foreign companies, be familiar with standards and requirements for Europe and North America.

-Good free hand sketching ability;

- Self-motivated, Independent and open-minded as well as willing to work under pressure;

- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

- Be able to work independently as well as team working with others.

-Be familiar with food equipment standards.
