职位描述：
Job Summary
Responsible for business growth, product management, technical support, and trouble shooting for products in coating and doctoring

Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Take responsibilities of product budgeting and result in own area including coater blade, doctor blade, doctor holder and other consumables;
2. Visiting customer to find the customer needs, make the solution proposal for customer in coater blade and doctoring products, technical and commercial negotiation; collecting feedback for improving our products and processes.
3. Investigate the competition and analyze the competitors' behavior,
4. Coordinate internally with product management, production, R&D, Leading the solution to improve product competitiveness,
5. Perform service and assist customer in production and shutdown for the coating technology, coater machine, doctor system, doctoring result
6. Take responsibility of the reference management

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 3~5 years of production experience in paper mill, experience in coating and doctoring is preferred.
3. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. Communicate well in both English and Chinese, spoken and written skills.
5. Good computer skills.
