要求：
1，英语听说读写良好，将来可以用英语授课
2，能吃苦耐劳，承受长期出差（出差主要在珠三角地区，偶尔会去浙江，福建沿海一带，也会去越南等）
3，良好的沟通技巧
4，致力于将培训师成为职业的

工作时间：周一 至周五，
薪酬：试用期3000/月。
福利：6险一金（包括一个额外的商业医疗保险）

Asia Management Associates established in Hongkong in 2006 , our founder is the professional European who has the rich experience of Lean management , and the company is a leading provider of lean consultant.
Our company has been cooperating with a lot of top 500 fortune companies , to help them enhance on lean manufacture productivities to earn more profit and produce better and better products . We help them save cost and provide them lean continuous improvement service , training their management people achieved higher level management skill .
Our operation center located in Guangzhou city , always focus on maintain and build up our professional consultant team and not rely on outside part-time consultants for all of our implementation projects . Besides the projects , we also focus on expanding and promoting the lean culture , attaching great importance on lean knowledge training for our team .
We used to cooperated with the world brand toy manufacture Brand M to build up a lean training center , provided their suppliers a series of lean implementation training . We set up a Asian Pacific operation center with an Europe sport garment big brand , and have been working with the casual shoes Brand C , providing their suppliers lean implementation and training . More and more clients come to us and we need to recruit plenty of professional people of lean implementation .
